We’ll start things off with a party that sets the stage for the rest of your convention experience. At the opening night reception you’ll enjoy the festive atmosphere of Disney while reconnecting with friends and colleagues.

IHS Advocacy Alliance Auction
The IHS Advocacy Alliance is your voice before legislative and regulatory decision-makers. Alliance funds are used to enhance and promote the hearing health profession and help to insure our position as key players on the hearing healthcare team.
Fore! Optional Golf Outing, Wednesday, September 29

Join us for a friendly round of golf at Disney’s Lake Buena Vista course. Greens fee includes cart, skills challenge holes and prizes, bag handling, tournament coordination, transportation to/from hotel and the golf reception.
Focus on the Future, Thursday, September 30
12:30p – 2:30p, Membership Meeting & Luncheon
Get involved and make a difference. The annual membership luncheon meeting is a high-powered forum for provocative discussion of the Society’s issues and those of the industry at large. This is your chance to play a part in steering the Society on a positive track to a successful future.

5:00p – 6:30p, Awards Reception
It could be you! We’ve added a brand new event this year to honor exemplary accomplishments within the industry. The awards reception will be a celebration of outstanding achievement by individuals and IHS chapters. Entertainment will be provided by Soloist- Max Chartrand on the Clarinet and Tenor Saxophone.
