Cancellation Policy
To be valid, IHS must receive notification of your cancellation in writing. Cancellations received on or before August 12 will be refunded less a $50 administrative charge; after August 12 but on or before September 1 will be refunded less a $75 administrative charge; after September 1 or no-show no refund is available.

Policy for Children
Children under the age of 18 are not per mitted at any IHS convention activities.
Attire
All convention activities are business casual attire. Evening attire is suggested for the IHS Awards Gala on Saturday night.
