The following are a few tips for successfully completing the new IHS Roster electronically.
1. Create a new worksheet for each date/location the course is hosted. Use the date as the name/title of the worksheet. Use the date format: “MO-DD-YR”
2. Fill out information at the top of the worksheet.
3. The roster must contain the following data – attendee name, address, email address, # of CE credits AND last four digits of the student’s U.S. Social Security Number or Canadian Social Insurance Number.
