IHS ships the course materials and student information form via UPS |

Student returns the information form to IHS |

IHS emails student their login credentials |

Student registers on course website then takes 30 chapter tests online. Afterward, the computer prompts student to take final examination online. |

Student passes final examination with 75% or higher: receives letter and certificate of completion via US Mail |

If student fails final examination: IHS sends letter to student, resets the exam and student may take the examination again |
If student fails final examination, IHS sends letter to student, resets the exam and student is free to take the examination again until they pass
