IHS ships the course materials and student information form via UPS

Student returns the information form to IHS

4.  

IHS emails student their login credentials

5.  

Student registers on course website then takes 30 chapter tests online. Afterward, the computer prompts student to take final examination online.

Student passes final examination with 75% or higher: receives letter and certificate of completion via US Mail

7.  

If student fails final examination: IHS sends letter to student, resets the exam and student may take the examination again
