About the International Licensing Examination for Hearing Healthcare Professionals

The International Licensing Examination for Hearing Healthcare Professionals (ILE) is used by 44 U.S. states and 5 Canadian provinces in their licensing process. This practice-based exam measures competence in entry-level hearing aid specialists using 105 multiple-choice questions. The questions are largely situation-based – they do not call for simple memorization, but rather for analysis and application of knowledge gained through training.

Prepare. Perfect. Pass.
