What is included in an exhibitor staff registration?
All exhibitor staff registrations include access to:
- Innovation Station
- Opening Night Party
- All expo hours and meal functions in the exhibit hall (lunch, reception, and breakfast)
- All concurrent seminars not including the CEO Panel, Closing Keynote & General Sessions (continuing education credits are not provided to exhibitor staff. An additional fee is required to receive CE credits).
How do I register myself and/or additional exhibit staff?
Our team will provide you full registration instructions once registration goes live in May. Additional booth staff fees apply at $299 per person.

Are WIFI & Electrical included?
No. Please reference the exhibitor kit for ordering instructions.
Do you offer lead retrieval?
Yes, this is complimentary for exhibitors through the IHS 360 app.
Can I purchase tickets for additional onsite activities/functions?
Yes. Exhibit staff may purchase tickets to the Keynote(s), CEO Panel and other General Session(s), and Awards Gala Activities. These add-ons will be available at the time of exhibit staff registration (in May).
