Not An IHS Member? Join Now & SAVE!

Register for Conference with the Join & Save option and receive membership through the end of 2025 AND 2026 included in your Premier Package registration fee. GET 2 YEARS OF IHS MEMBERSHIP AT THE PRICE OF 1 PLUS THE COST OF PREMIER PACKAGE ($1,375 value for U.S. Professionals & $1,019 value for International Professionals).

Saturday Only Package includes: all events on Saturday – Breakfast in the Expo, Walk, Learn & Earn (1), Seminars, Closing Keynote Lunch, and Saturday Dinner, Awards, and Entertainment!

Event Only Tickets 

Only interested in attending the Expo on Friday & Saturday? Select the Expo Only ticket. This includes Exhibits, Walk, Learn & Earn (Up to 3 CE Credits), and three food functions in the Expo hall (Friday lunch, Friday evening reception & Saturday breakfast).

Just attending the Chapter Leadership Conference? This is an exclusive event for chapter leaders and others specifically invited. It is a FREE event, but you must register (RSVP). You can either join us only for this event using the Chapter Leadership Conference only selection or add it as an event on any package above.

The Saturday Dinner, Awards, and Entertainment is included for all Premier, Guest/Spouse, or Saturday Only packages. However, if you or a guest would like to just attend this event. You may select this ticket on your registration.

Cancellation Policy
To be valid, IHS must receive notification of your cancellation in writing. Cancellations received on or before August 31st will be refunded less a $75 administrative charge. Beginning September 1, 2025, no refunds are given, however a one-time registration fee rollover to the 2026 conference may be processed. This applies to conference registration, special events, manual processing fees, and any other activities purchased.

Policy for Children
Children under the age of 18 may register for either the Expo Only or the Closing Celebrations Only packages.

Pictures and Usage
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, this convention and all or any of its offerings, events and activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to use and distribute the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by IHS and other third parties.

Dietary Restrictions
Please note that in order for you to make food choices appropriate to your dietary needs; we have requested the hotel to label food items at convention food events.  This includes noting on food labels if an item is dairy free, vegetarian, or gluten free.  If you have religious or dietary restrictions, please let us know on your registration.
