• How are All-Stars recognized?

All-Stars are celebrated through IHS events, publications, and social platforms. Their achievements are spotlighted to showcase their dedication to advancing hearing healthcare and their sustained involvement in the IHS community.

  • How can members learn more about their All-Star status?

Members can contact IHS directly or check communications from the Society to see if they have reached a milestone year. Recognition is automatically tracked based on membership records.

  • What does being an All-Star mean for members?

It means being recognized as a valued contributor to the profession and the IHS community. Each milestone reflects dedication, growth, and the collective excellence of hearing care professionals worldwide.

  • What is the All-Star Program?

The All-Star Program is a recognition program by the International Hearing Society (IHS) that honors members for their commitment and longevity within the organization. It celebrates hearing care professionals who have reached significant membership milestones.

  • Who qualifies as an All-Star?

Any IHS member who has achieved at least five years of membership is eligible. Recognition continues in five-year increments (10, 15, 20, etc.) all the way up to 65 years.

  • Why does IHS have this program?

We appreciate our members! Their loyalty and ongoing support fuels our community of hearing professionals and contributes to the long-term success and viability of the Society.  In fact, when a member reaches the milestone of 40 years of IHS membership, they become a life member, enjoying complimentary membership dues thereafter.
