Brendan Sullivan is a Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Officer of Elevate Eyecare, one of the nation’s fastest-growing medically focused optometric organizations, operating nearly 90 locations across nine states. Since co-founding the company in 2019, he has helped lead more than 90 practice acquisitions and partnerships, working closely with independent doctors to preserve local clinical care while providing the resources and scale of a larger organization.
Prior to Elevate, Brendan spent more than a decade with EssilorLuxottica, serving as a sales representative, District Manager, and Key Account Manager. These roles provided him with a broad perspective on the eye care industry from the viewpoints of manufacturers, suppliers, independent practitioners, and large healthcare organizations.
Today, Brendan focuses on growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, physician recruitment, and strategic partnerships. He is passionate about helping independent healthcare providers navigate growth, succession planning, and the evolving healthcare landscape while maintaining a strong commitment to patient care and community relationships.
