Jason’s journey in the hearing industry began 30 years ago in Plymouth, Minnesota with the hearing aid manufacturer Micro-Tech. Working with several manufacturers early in his career provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the wholesale side of the industry and helped him build key relationships that would later support his transition into practice ownership. Over the next several years, Jason discovered his true passion. Business leadership, management, coaching, and training for Audiology and Hearing Aid practice owners and their teams – assisting hundreds of practices nationwide across private, ENT, and hospital/university settings. His industry expertise, strong professional network, and desire to own a practice culminated in 2007 when he founded his first Audiology and Hearing Aid practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. During the past 15 years, Jason and his team have built or acquired more than 90 Audiology and Hearing Center locations from the ground up. He credits this success to a driven team that includes former business owners and passionate professionals, and he firmly believes that with a positive work culture, high integrity, and hard work, the sky is the limit.
