For more than a decade, Julie worked closely with Dr. Gyl Kasewurm, a nationally
recognized expert in audiology, gaining invaluable insight into both the clinical and
operational sides of hearing healthcare. This experience shaped her patient-centered
philosophy and reinforced her dedication to delivering compassionate, high-quality
care.
Julie brings over 30 years of business experience, with expertise in marketing, team
leadership, and operations. She seamlessly blends this business acumen with her
commitment to hearing health, ensuring the practice operates with integrity,
innovation, and a strong focus on patient outcomes.
A graduate of Andrews University, Julie is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Her
education and professional credentials reflect her dedication to lifelong learning and
remaining at the forefront of advancements in hearing healthcare.
Proud to carry forward the legacy established by Dr. Gyl, Julie leads Professional
Hearing Services with a continued emphasis on personalized care, advanced technology,

Julie considers her proudest accomplishment to be her two children, Jayden and
Jordan. She is especially proud to have her daughter, Jayden, joining Professional
Hearing Services as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in training, continuing the family’s
commitment to patient care. Outside of the practice, Julie enjoys supporting her son,
Jordan, as he competes in multiple high school varsity sports
