Madyson Rossello earned her undergraduate degree from Kent State University and her Doctorate of Audiology from Central Michigan University. Before joining Cochlear, she worked as a pediatric audiologist in Florida and briefly as an educational audiologist in North Carolina. In her role as a Therapy Development Manager, she focuses on raising awareness of hearing health, helping professionals understand when cochlear implants may be appropriate, and serving as a resource for practices across different care settings. Outside of work, she stays busy with her energetic 2.5-year-old son and enjoys exploring the Cleveland metro area with her family.
