Tony Sulsona is the Director of Key Accounts, Audiology Channel at EssilorLuxottica for Nuance Audio, where he leads business development and strategic partnerships driving the expansion of Nuance Audio’s OTC hearing glasses across national audiology networks and regional independent eye care professionals.
With over 25 years of sales leadership at healthcare and medical devices companies, Tony has played a pivotal role in launching hearing industry-first innovations, including the World’s First Disposable Hearing Aid, Middle-Ear Implantable Hearing Device, FDA-cleared Self-Fitting OTC Hearing Aid, and most recently, Nuance Audio’s FDA-cleared Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) integrated into smart glasses—delivering a groundbreaking open-ear hearing solution.
Previously, Tony served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for an Australian OTC hearing aid manufacturer and as Vice President of Sales for a global Swiss hearing aid manufacturer where he also served as Sales & Marketing Strategic Advisor and U.S. Brand Strategy Think Tank delegate.
Deeply committed to improving access to hearing care, Tony actively contributes to industry advancement as an OTC Hearing Advisor for the Consumer Technology Association.
