Renting the IHS membership mailing list is available for a one-time usage only. Pricing begins at $3,150.
Parameters:
- A sample mail piece is required to be submitted for IHS approval prior to receipt of the data file.
- Upon receipt of the completed list rental form, including third-party contact information (if applicable) and your sample marketing piece, an Excel file will be provided via email within five (5) business days.
- The fields in the data file include full name with designations, title if provided, company, and mailing address. Email addresses and phone numbers are not included.

Email availability is limited throughout the year and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost of a sponsored email is $3,150 per email.

- The width of the email should be 600px – 700px.
- The code should be predominantly made with table tags.

Yes, while our sponsorships are designed to amplify your success in the Expo, you do not have to exhibit to be a sponsor. If you can’t make it to this year’s conference, contact us for other engagement opportunities at sales@ihsinfo.org.
