August 12 – 15, 2026 | Washington, D.C.

The IHS 2026 Conference & Expo attracts a focused audience of decision makers and clinicians from hearing healthcare practices worldwide. These professionals are actively seeking solutions and innovations to help them thrive in an era of continuous change. Secure a booth to showcase your products, launch innovations, and build high-value relationships that turn into measurable sales and partnerships.

What Makes the IHS Expo Different?

Exhibitors value that expo hours are dedicated sessions and 75% of the exhibiting time has no competing activities, so every attendee in the building is able to walk the floor and engage with your team. Rather than keeping the Expo Hall open the entire conference, this dedicated time creates a captive audience and gives your staff breaks to re-charge and take in parts of the conference, maximizing the return on your investment.

High-Traffic, Built-In Incentives

We schedule targeted expo blocks and program built-in draws that reliably bring attendees to your booth.

Walk, Learn & Earn

Attendees can earn continuing education by asking you questions and learning about new innovations through the Walk, Learn & Earn activity. Each questionnaire is worth 1 CE credit. A prize drawing takes place in the IHS booth among all those who submit their questionnaire.

Food Service During the Expo

This draws attendees to Expo hours, keeping them engaged longer. Attendees also find that this creates a relaxing networking atmosphere that turns conversations into leads.

Professional Headshot Station

Complimentary headshots draw steady foot traffic and give your team natural reasons to start conversations with high-value prospects.

Secure a prime location now to align your launch and promotions with our high-traffic expo hours and built-in attendee incentives.
