He is the founder of multiple hearing healthcare education and clinical initiatives focused on elevating hearing care through neuroscience-based practice. His research has been cited over 1350 times in peer-reviewed literature. Dr. Darrow has lectured internationally on the impact of untreated hearing loss on cognition, balance, and overall health, and he works extensively with private practice professionals to improve patient communication, health literacy, and treatment adoption.
