IHS Action Center is a great place to start! This tool allows you to add your voice and take action on any current issues that affect your practice. IHS Members have access to other Advocacy webpages that breakdown current initiatives on the International, Federal, and State/Provincial levels as well as resources.

The IHS Government Affairs team has a selection of on-demand webinars and upcoming events for you to participate in. These events are designed to make it easy for you to get started in advocacy. Check out the list of webinars and events here.

Be engaged at the state/provincial level, participate in your state/provincial chapter and IHS fly-ins, cultivate relationships with elected officials, and assist in any grassroots initiatives IHS runs.

IHS actively partners with state and provincial chapters, as well as other stakeholders, to fight for fair and sensible legislation and regulation. Your donations go to support IHS’ engagement to ensure the entirety of the profession is protected at the state level. They support monitoring platforms for all 50 states, Congress, and all of Canada as well as more limited engagements in states or provinces where IHS needs local counsel.
