Event Only Tickets
Event-specific tickets are available for 3 major events at the IHS Conference & Expo. These are the VIP Advocacy Afterparty, Expo, Monument Tour, the Chapter Leadership Conference (exclusive to chapter leaders by invitation only), and the Closing Saturday dinner and entertainment event.

VIP Advocacy Afterparty
This event is available as an add-on with any of the main registration packages. Join us Thursday night for a once-in-a-lifetime event to celebrate and support IHS Advocacy. Enjoy an open bar and dessert after the opening reception to keep the party going! In addition to the good times and guest speakers, your attendance will keep IHS putting up wins for Hearing Aid Specialists across the country.

Expo Only
Just looking to engage with the 50+ exhibitors in the Expo Hall? This package gives you access to the Expo Hall sessions on Friday and Saturday.
Chapter Leadership Conference Only
This ticketed event is only available to active Chapter Leaders and requires registration and verification of Chapter Leader status. If you wish to just attend this conference, this event-specific ticket includes access to the conference including the trend talks, breakfast and lunch.

Useful information
To be valid, IHS must receive notification of your cancellation in writing. You can email interact@ihsinfo.org. Cancellations received on or before July 31, 2026 will be refunded less a $75 administrative charge. Beginning August 1, 2026, no refunds are given, however a one-time registration fee rollover to the 2027 conference may be processed. This applies to conference registration, special events, manual processing fees, and any other activities purchased.
