Useful information
To be valid, IHS must receive notification of your cancellation in writing. You can email interact@ihsinfo.org. Cancellations received on or before July 31, 2026 will be refunded less a $75 administrative charge. Beginning August 1, 2026, no refunds are given, however a one-time registration fee rollover to the 2027 conference may be processed. This applies to conference registration, special events, manual processing fees, and any other activities purchased.

Children under the age of 18 may register to attend the Expo or Closing Celebration events Only. To register a child under 18, please call us at 734-522-7200 to complete their registration.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, this conference and all or any of its offerings, events and activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to use and distribute the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by IHS and other third parties.
Please note that in order for you to make food choices appropriate to your dietary needs, we request the hotel to label food items at conference food events. If you have religious or dietary restrictions, please let us know on your registration.
